Just a note to say I am sorry if I do not reply in a timely manner to notes/comments on my pages. I am suffering from CFS/M.E. and anyone who knows about this particular illness will know how difficult it can be. I do try to check in from time to time but my powers of concentration have been badly affected. Meanwhile I am learning to deal with it and hope to be up to speed in the near future.

These past few months have been quite an ordeal for me. I was diagnosed with Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome in April and only in the past two weeks or so have I been able to get around somewhat. There is a possibility I might have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). I had heard of Yuppie Flu many years ago and seem to recall shrugging it off as something I would never have to worry about. After 4 months of bedbound/housebound exhaustion my heart goes out to those who have had this for years.
