Hello everyone,

First of all I would like to say "Thank you" for all your support.

Also I would like to give a "BIG THANK YOU" to my good friend Michael Sanders for putting together the video tutorial.

I finally have a video tutorial made. Before you can begin you will need a set of my Koi diagrams.

I would also like to say that if you are a beginner in Origami that this may be to hard for you. Start with something a little easier first.

In the tutorial I will teach you how to fold the "Koi" the way I fold it. I will not be following the diagrams normally, but you still need them for the beginning.

You can get a set of the diagrams here: www.origami-resource-center.co…

After you have the diagrams you can go to my friends blog site here for the tutorial.

Hi, I found the tutorial on your friend's blog, and found this through google. I recently attempted making a modified version of your koi as a present. I just wanted to say thanks to you both for making the video guide. :D

Thank you for posting these videos! I haven't tried the koi fold yet (I've found it a little intimidating) but I will certainly reference these videos if I do.

I did try to fold one of your bat models, but got stuck about two thirds of the way through. I may attempt it again, but need to get some more practice first.

OMG, these tutorials are amazing. Just got the scales done at lunch yesterday, then forgot to take it home so I'll hopefully finish it off today.

Thank you :D

I've been doing it without the visual tutorial so far, I'm on step 26 with the insane pleating and all the sudden I get a huge throbbing pain in my head. I think I busted a blood vessel or something.

Thanks so much for this. I've only ever done simple things like cranes, flowers, pianos and frogs, this is really extreme folding. I'll have a koi fish by the end of the week I'm sure.

Thanks again.
