Second drawing in a series of Fairtale princesses who I'm redesigning in a more mature and high fantasy like setting. Some will be more fantasy-like than others depending on the idea I got for them. Mulan is one of my favorite folklore women of all time, needless to say she was already an inspiration on her own and I felt I didn't need to add alot to make this an interesting character. I tried to emphasise the warrior in her heart without undoing her gentle nature. |

2016 has been a year full of ups and down all over the world. While some things may look dark, it is christmas that reminds us that the longest night has passed and that the nights will become shorter again. That no matter how cold the night is, we can always find some warmth somewhere.
With this years card I wanted to highlight family and traditions mixed in with a pinch of nostalgia to the past. A tribute to the generations that went before us, that gave us the the good things that we have now.

So, if you want to 'Save The Boob-plate!', google "Artoria Pendragon in Armor" or "Saber Fate/Stay Night in Armor", and tell me how you think people would respond to the armor you see. Two YouTubers - named SnapJelly and T B Skyen respectively - have posted videos about what is wrong with the boob plate. SnapJelly even had a problem with Lady Sif's armor for the first and second Thor movies or the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Also look up 'Chainmail Bikini' on TVTropes.org, then click on the 'Analysis' icon on the menu at the top of the page (for the screen of any medium other than a phone) and look at the section that is titled 'The "boob plate": is it an improvement?'.
