FULL VIEW PLEASE! THANK YOU! 
It's my first real photomanipulation!
Although I did take the photo of the model myself against some white-painted corner with some makeshift lights, and then I just went on and downloaded a stock photo from Stock Exchange for the background. I had some help from my sister (the model) though, with the shadows, highlights and color balancing.
This is my sister, by the way, cosplaying as The Baroness from GI Joe.
