My Bio

I'm Virginia aka Orange Zeppelin and I've been making art since I was old enough not to eat crayons, possibly earlier.  I started making comics at 9, with my first ever strip being about violent head injuries making it unsurprising that I grew up to favor the mace as a weapon in Skyrim.

I specialize in traditional drawing and painting along with comic work, I’ve made commissioned artwork for bands such as Metalachi, have appeared in various underground comic publications, and am a featured artist in Vermin Supreme's book i-Pony.

You can pay me to make cool things for you too, as I’m just about always available for commission. Send me a DM or email me at orangevonzeppelin@gmail.com for any questions or inquiries or whisky suggestions.

:bulletred: Looking for my paintings for sale or physical copies of my self-printed comics? You can find them in the ART FOR SALE folder of my gallery. All prices, dimensions, and other info are in the description.

:bulletgreen: My professional comic art debut, Samurai Goblin: A rogue samurai named Lohito strays from the path of honor and falls under a strange curse, transforming him into a goblin. Both issues are free to read!

Hello everybody! The last few months have been busy, but mostly all good things. Last month was my 18th DeviantArt anniversary which is pretty wild to think about. I also celebrated my 32nd birthday this week, which is REALLY wild to think about. High-school me had no idea what the fuck she was doing, and current-me also has no idea what the fuck she's doing but I can draw hands now so that's progress! I have been asked by a few people recently if I'd ever make prints available for sale, and I've been throwing some ideas around. I want to do some proper stickers that aren't shitty home print jobs that I throw in with zine orders. I'm considering setting up a Redbubble store, which would give me a place to sell prints and stickers and other fun things. DeviantArt would still be the hub for originals and any zines that I have available. I also am heavily considering tapping out on Patreon since it hasn't really proved useful for me, I don't have any patrons, and some of the updates

Happy turkey day ya big goof

Thank u frend, I'm planning to eat my weight in mashed potatoes today!

Finally got around to checking out channel. "So You Want to Make a Zine Video" is really helpful.

Thank you! I'm hoping make some more zine-making tools in the near future, I want to make a set of page templates and print guides and a "How to Make a Zine" zine that people can use for their own projects.

very expressive and energetic style you got there. really cool!

Thank you! I love artists who capture energy and expression well, it's a big goal of mine to do the same.
