I sculpted a version of Spike in Fallout 4, and used a screenshot of him as reference for this drawing.

I think this is as close as I can currently get to a "correct" version of Spike's human form, as resembles how I imagine him waaaaay better than any previous (crappy) attempts I've made.
So, although I suppose it might be viewed as a form of cheating that this is heavily based off a screenshot of a 3D model of Spike, I have to admit I'm kinda pleased with how this turned out
