Summer Wonderings

This deviation really comes out of the page I think, because it has various interesting aspects.
Although the concept is pretty common, and we see it everyday, capturing the moment is another story, that you managed to do very well.
I like very much the long exposure that makes the waves blurry and gives an impression of movement, and the reflection of the sky on this blurry water. Also, the sky has awesome colors, this combinations of orange, blue and a pinky color.
The scene is also captured from an interesting angle, with those plam silhouettes, so it's a rather nice composition. Personnally, I would have cut the picture a little bit on the right edge, to hide this sort of building on the beach, that's why I give you there 4.5/5.
Technically, it's nicely captured, because nothing is overexposed, and only the palms are underexposed, but in this shot it really goes well together.
So to finish, a quite common place, but really nicely captured, with the right technique and from the right angle. The combination of colors is superb, because the dark blue of the ocean on the horizon passes "gently" to the dark bottom of the sky and lightens up nicely with those orange colors.
