Noah and The Haunted Mask Part 1 of 2 with Story

Ever wonder what was going on with Noah when he put on the Haunted Mask at the end of the episode?

Had this idea so we decided to see what it might look like.

Here is a short story I wrote to go with this comic.

“I gotcha I gotcha I gotcha!” Noah exlcaimed with glee at his sister Carly Beth. He always loved that he could scare his sister with minimum effort.

“Mom!” Carly Beth yelled as she turned away from her brother towards their mother.

Seeing his sister hug their mother Noah knew his fun was done for now. Glancing down at the bowl of food he had dropped he noticed that Carly Beth had dropped her Halloween mask. Seeing that neither his sister nor mother was watching him he quickly picked it up and rushed off to the hallway bathroom.

Hearing his sister and mother talking to each other he knew he had slipped away without notice. Examining the monster mask in his hands he once again could help but be in awe of it. It was without a doubt the most amazing mask he had ever seen.

Pale green skin of an ugly face. Large brow with a snarl that looked like it was about to bite your face off. A mouth full of fangs so big it looked like the mouth couldn’t even close.

Noah loved every part of it.

Knowing that he didn’t have much time he quickly raised the mask above his head and pulled it down. With the mask large enough for an adult Noah had no problems fitting the mask over his head. Quickly tucking the bottom of the mask into the collar of his shirt, he started to adjust the over sized mask so it fit as best it could. As long as he could see he would be able to give his family a good scare.

Finishing adjusting the mask Noah took note that this mask didn’t feel like rubber. It felt almost like skin. Looking at himself in the mirror, Noah couldn’t help but wish he had this mask earlier so he could have taken it out for some trick-or-treating.
