Tubifera Ferruginosa is a slime mold, This specimen was 4cm, It had formed with very fine tiny beads, Never seen them so small, It could be the cold that caused this.

Never seen anything like it!  It reminds me of some sort of confectionery that I can't remember the name of.

I think I've remembered now.  Those yucky pink shrimp sweets.  I can imagine them all melted in the sun and looking a bit like this.
I used to love Bazooka Joes.  There were little comic strips in them.  I think if you collected about a million you got a worthless toy or something.

I probably liked shrimps back in the day, but they seem vile to me now.  My favourites were sherbert pips, sherbert fountains and flying saucers - good wholesome treats!!!!  There is a brilliant sweet shop near here and they sell all the old fashioned sweets.  I often go in to stock up on coltsfoot rock and acid drops.
