In Wikipedia (Polish, so it's not very accurate) I found that only one species is proved that it's not poisonous. At least two species is as poisonous as Amanita phalloides.

As far as i understand where mushrooms are noted as poisonous, In the majority It is still unknown what their chemical finger prints are, So therefor unknown how damaging the chemicals are to humans, Or the purpose of the chemical finger print in relation to the fungi itself.
