Ceta, From the Alpha Ceta star system

"Ceta"

"This is a remarkable being from a planet in a galaxy far from ours. Its body does not seem to have a completely biological origin. These characteristics of its body it has proven to have: levitation, transformation, the ability to multiply into virtually unlimited replicas of itself, resistance to destruction of any sort. Unknown if it is the sole inhabitant of its planet. Unknown if it reproduces in the way that many of the organisms on Earth do. This creature has power over the matter of this universe but it does not have any particular interest in using this ability. We theorized that its body was not limited to chemical. 

It proves to be a properly intelligent, sapient being, but its lifestyle of uninterrupted joy and harmony with its replications/progeny has kept it from exploring its intellectual capabilities. 

It tells us that it has not seen life like ours before. When asked how it can communicate in our language, it told us it had studied some of us 'for a while' after the sunrise on the very same day that it made contact with our organization. After a few hours, we identified its planet of origin, and it told us it was 'the fun part' of the planet's being. We therefore named this individual being "Ceta". Ceta had gotten bored and departed from our unconventional interview shortly after urging it to subject itself to tests."
