I've wanted to draw something with Beijeye and Carpaith for a while.
You know those houses, where it seems like the person who lives there's idea of cleaning their house is just to throw everything outside... yeah, I've always kind of figured that'd be pretty fitting of Carpaith's house. In general, most non-humans really don't care about keeping things looking nice, but Carpaith is pretty scatter brained and lives alone in the wasteland, so she really doesn't have any reason to care. Also she's pack-ratty and collects enough shit that she thinks is pretty or whatever, despite the fact that it clearly doesn't matter to her, it's more of a habit from her desire to feel like she still has a place that feels like home, but over time, she's just given up.  She and Beijeye pretty much found each other in each of their's low points in life. Beijeye was struggling to get by living on the streets after his mom and brother died. Carpaith is all alone after having to fake her own death to avoid execution and has no contact with her children. After the night she saved Beijeye from an alley brawl, he became almost instantly clingy, but she doesn't mind him hanging around and eventually starts thinking of him sort of as her kid.
