We are having a hot spell, thank god at long last a bit of sunshine after about two years of being cold and wet. Joy! Cue many complaints about the heat, after all we are British and if we can complain about something, we will, especially the weather.I'm not a great lover of excess heat, I'm happy when the temperature is around 25 degrees, but I'm not going to complain about this spell of plus 30 degree heat, oh no. One thing is for sure, it won't last. Make the most of it, I say! By next week it will be cold and wet again, and we will be moaning about that instead.Happy barbecueing!
