The whole tip is : use the 'miror up' function of the camera (if it is a reflex), so you have a second to get relaxed and stable ...

You know, the stabilized lens and its great resolution weights a lot in the result quality, as well as the ability to stay motionless, and the light must be good (it was a gray weather, but lighty)
