That night, Chloe was at her home, sitting in her room, and dressed in her cream and lavender nightgown; she was still upset over what happened that day, believing that the incident with Captain Zero and his Z-Stacks was all her fault. As she shed tears of guilt and anger, Chloe picked up her pillow and then flung it across her room with an angry yell. Then, the girl pulled the sheets off of her bed as she climbed off of the mattress and stomped around her room with anger. She then pounded her fist onto a wall close to her window. She looked out of the window and remembered her confrontation with Captain Zero; that made her eyes start to moisten up again. Just then, the bedroom door knocked. “Go away!” Chloe yelled with an upset voice. The door opened and revealed Mrs. Muddlesworth and Captain Star. “Chloe, what are you doing?” asked Mrs. Muddlesworth. Chloe kept swimming underwater, and she soon got closer and closer to the Z-Stacks. Over in their area, the Z-Stacks were all talking among each other, but Zip, the youngest and dumbest member, was off to the side, wary of his comrades’ latest scheme. “Eh, Zorran!” Zip called to the lead Z-Stack, “Are you sure your idea’s gonna work? Remember the last time we tried to get a contract when we tried to act devious?” “Trust me, Zip!” snarled Zorran, “This one will be a snap!” Zip still was unsure as he added, “But what about any hidden onlookers like Izzy Gomez the tramp steamer?” “Zip, can’t you see Zorran’s busy?” Zug called to Zip with an annoyed tone. Zip just gave an annoyed look before he turned and saw something in the water that made him gasp. That “something” was Chloe, who was swimming right for the Z-Stacks. Meanwhile, Captain Star had taken Chloe back to his home, which was a house right on the edge of the harbor, not too far away from his Star Fleet office; the house wasn’t too big, but it wasn’t too small, either. As soon as he arrived at the front door with Chloe in his arms, the door opened, and revealed a woman in her late thirties. The woman had light skin, freckles on her cheeks, aqua green eyes, and dusty light brown hair tied back in a low ponytail. “Mrs. Muddlesworth,” Captain Star said to the woman, “We have a new member of the household coming to live with us.” “Oh my!” Mrs. Muddlesworth gasped when she saw Chloe in Captain Star’s arms, “Are you alright, my dear?” As Chloe opened her eyes, Captain Star said to Mrs. Muddlesworth, “OJ found her on a boulder in the sea. Now, the large boulders that Chloe was resting on were not too far away from a harbor in England. The port of Bigg City, to be exact. At the time, Bigg City Port was growing to be the busiest and biggest harbor in the world. And the power behind its docks and waterways were thanks to two teams of tugboats. One of the teams, the Star Fleet, was ran by a man called Captain Star. His team consisted of six anthropomorphic tugboats; each of them had their own personalities, and they all did their best to work together in the harbor, the surrounding rivers, and the different outposts of barges hauling goods and garbage. The other team, the Z-Stacks, was ran by a weasel of a man called Captain Zero, and he had five sneaky anthropomorphic tugs who regularly bickered and antagonized the Star Tugs. Most of the time, the Star Tugs proved their worth and diligence to impress Captain Star and several of the ferries and trampers that came to Bigg City Port; but other times, the Z-Stacks “earned” the
