I feel bad (vent?)

I can’t take it, I’ve been putting myself down too much for thinking am annoying, boring or even being terrible! I know this isn’t me, but obviously it is. I feel like I shouldn’t be allowed to have anyone to be my friend. Why? Why do I put myself down so much?
