To my knowledge, it's an 80 power 100% accurate fairy type move that has a chance of lowering the target's special attack by one stage

Me: I can definetley say the same; they're really fun to draw xD And they're easy to draw too, yet drawing one in high quality can still prove a challenege. I really wanna get a tablet some time, and I think the first thing I'll do when I get one is try to learn how to draw my Gardevoir "OC" to this level of quality

Dazzling Gleam is good, but I think the joke is funnier if Gardevoir uses Flash 
Yeah. But Flash is a non damaging move 
but it does lower accuracy, so you could argue it's a distraction. I think a lot of people would agree they'd be distracted if a Gardevoir flashed them
