Standard HDR Subject 6 - A by odhinnsrunes Standard HDR Subject 6 - A by odhinnsrunes
I'm not a huge fan of HDR (tone mapped) images, but I thought I'd give it a go. Old cars seem to be better than normal subjects for this effect.

This is outstanding. If I ever get a decent camera I intend to explore the world of high dynamic range photography.

I love how there is detail in both the highlights and deep shadows. This is more the way the human eye perceives the world. Superb work! :-)

Thanks!

The trick is to not let the HDR program go crazy.

Thanks!

I used Photomatix Light on my Mac. Simple and effective. I did other ones at the show, but this was my favourite. I'll probably post another one or two of them.
