After the whole ordeal with Void Ghidorah, Director Packard has been humbled, realizing the consequences of his actions and the effects that Operation Titanomachy had on the world as a whole, especially with the fact that Milo had been an accomplice with Winter and Simmons and that he had been the one to start all this mess to begin with. At some point on while the world is recovering, Dr. Serizawa, Nick, Carl, Brock, Quinn, Miki, Mr. Louis, Colonel Jonah, and Connie do a fundraiser to support of those affected by APEX and Solstice's conspiracy. Director Packard and Marshall Gordon were also involved as well, as they wanted to make up for everything that had happened. Even Ren took part in this, especially now that he had reconciled with his father. During the fundraiser, Nick, Quinn, and Miki also successfully campaign for the creation of the Bureau of Hyperfauna Affairs. From their experiences witnessing the clandestine activities perpetrated by Fritz, Winter and Simmons, Nick had pointed out the GDF board's lack of effort in trying to figure out the origins of the artificial kaiju. He and Miki had also reported the evidence that Fritz was the one responsible for the events that had happened in the previous year, as well as his involvement with Winter and Simmons. Ren, Packard and Gordon had also volunteered to help out. After much deliberation, the Bureau of Hyperfauna Affairs was created, with Dr. Serizawa, Quinn and Nick being assigned as the directors of the bureau and identified all the artificial kaiju made by APEX and Solstice. As time went on, the bureau has been monitoring the world's kaiju population while also keeping it in check. Nonetheless, the Ailenas have expressed their approval, while Packard has learned his lesson in the end.
