Captain Planet is a Avatar of the Parliament

Recently took a look at the 2025 Captain Planet book, which is essentially just bringing the 90s cartoon to a more modern generation.

I thought it was rather interesting, so I decided to add in Captain Planet for Comics!Verse with the 2025 comic as the bias.

Originally I was going to have him simply be a Avatar for the Green, but I realized that the Green is only ONE aspect of his powers. It makes more sense for him to be a Avatar for the Parliament as a whole ( minus maybe the Machine one )
