Boom is Jay Garrick's Adoptive Daughter

So sometime in 2023, Geoff Johns introduced a whole bunch of time displaced sidekicks to the Justice Society of America.

...As of writing, all of them are MIA XP.

Among those sidekicks is ' The Boom ' aka Judy Garrick, who in canon is Jay Garrick's daughter. This ends up retconing his wife's Joan's infertility, with it being that apparently Joan was never infertile but because of Multiverse...stuff they forgot Judy existed.

It's a very much a small thing, but I decided to edit her relation to Jay and just have her be his adoptive daughter. I do think the idea of Jay having a daughter is rather cute.
