For the pic, thats a nice bit of lineart you got there, the expressions on their faces fits their outward selves so well. 
As for the before they got sour, in a sense, the sourness has been there for a long time, its just that it hasn't come up to the surface yet because Juri wasn't able to tell Shiori how she really feels and Shiori is secretly so envious that she hates Juri as much as she admires/loves her.
