I recently got a request for this piece of art to join this gallery, and like the person below, I don't believe it's relevant. I know nothing of this (book?) series and the image wasn't drawn with any connection to it.
Sorry for the confusion - it was requested for our Reminiscent of IC Worlds gallery, which is any artwork our group finds on DA that reminds us of an Isobelle Carmody world - your piece looks almost exactly like the protagonist of the Obernewtyn Chronicles (Elspeth Gordie) as a gypsy - a guise she has to wear often. Does that make a little more sense?
That does make more sense (and after asking about it, I dug a little more and figured it might be that). Thanks for explaining 
However, It was drawn with the intent of being completely different characters, and I personally don't know the series, so I hope its okay, but I'd rather it wasn't included in the gallery anyway. I appreciate your requesting it, though, and best of luck with the group in the future

It's relevant, in a way, to the worlds relating to Isobelle Carmody. In one of her main series, the Legendsong, there is a legend of a unykorn who has been trapped by the chaos spirit. That's why it was requested, since it reminded me of that moment. Does that make a little more sense? Sorry for the random request. It must have seemed odd!
