Hey, not to be weird or anything but I love Brent Weeks' books. Amazing stuff. Have you read anything that even compares to his work? I need something awesome to read right now. Any suggestions?
im sure you have already taken care of 'perfect shadow' and the lightbringer series; and unfortunately i have not found anything i like 'as much as' his books 
but because of this, i have actually started trying my had at it 
im nowhere really at the moment, just a dozen pages and even more brainstorming.. lol
but to the suggestions, on brents site [link] click the 'books' tab and then check out the right side of the screen. also, just explore his site in general and there are ideas all over

let me know what you find!Yeah, nothing even compares to his work. I will look at some of these books listed on the site. One series that I liked a lot was the Abhorsen series by Garth Nix. Nowhere near as "adult" as I would like though. Oh, and another(though more for chicks like me) was Sunshine by Robin McKinley. I have been reading the Drizzt series but they have kinda gotten monotonous. Thanks for the suggestion though! I will take it
