I've decided to start a little project to redraw every character from Majoras Mask, because it's a game I'm replaying at the moment.
This guy used to terrify me as a child, so I figured I'd draw him first. Added a few more features to his design.

Kind of looks like he got that cane from one of Sly Cooper's Relatives......
Which leads me to wonder.... Did he SKIN one of the Coopers and make a mask out of him?
That would be pretty dark.... yet... i wouldnt consider it out of the realm of possibility.....
