It's been a very long time since I had a consistent art practice. Drawing and painting basically kept me alive as a teen but during/after college it wasn't ever the same. Adulthood really has a way of sucking the joy out of your hobbies, if you even have the time or energy for them. I've had a few months here or there where I've been able to create consistently, but I've never truly gotten back into it. Life is always better when I'm working on something. So I've made this shiny new account so that means I have to start making and posting, right? External pressure in order to make myself prioritize myself and my artistic endeavors and all that. Because I have so many ideas scattered in my notes apps and on post-its and I know how much it'll help my mental health. From contour drawings & doodles to fully rendered drawings & paintings. I'm excited to really dig back in and make stuff for fun. I doubt I'll ever be so concise again
