Under 2 hours by Freehand. AT LAST! Finally with enough confidence. xD
I'm planning to Tetsuya'lize FFXV characters up, but first, it's best to recapture his originals = understanding his methods of line-drawing, shading, rendering, etc.
then carry the style over with much dignity, & hopefully with spirit.

(I'm learning correct rendering & I'm seeing mistakes in Tetsuya's so I'm correcting them and adding my own sharp-futuristic touch along the go!)
