Apparently, it looks something like this : douse the entire room in gasoline, play with matches, expect everyone to beg you to stop, then start negociations.
Maybe we should not try to act like the adults in the room. You know. Maybe we should endure the damages, confident in the absolute knowledge that the arsonist will be the most badly hurt by the ordeal. Maybe we can suffer a little to insure insane criminals suffer a lot.
