I have the perfect paper knees.
Dears, I don't mean to worry with my absence! I'm working out my final few days at my second job. Needless to say: some of you were right. So I decided I'd much rather put my effort somewhere it'd be appreciated. It'll be nice just to have only one job, again, too.
Hope you're doing well! Feel free to note me: I notice those a lot faster than reply stacks. Here's a six word story! (:
(again: what category does this even go in?)

The imagery within these words is quite striking.

I love how it connects with the title so much, with the complimentary visuals combined, creating a moment of perfection.

Origami is something I am rubbish at artistically, though it does inspire me from time to time, within my own work:

A Chorus of Blue-Eyed Birdsfolds in paper
soft crimping sound
angles and lines
symmetry joined
shapes and sizes
identical surprises
litter the desk
amidst the sound
little sucking pops
over open book
lined pages shown
shadows of shapes
grown long
in surrounded design
*click!*
the switch is flicked
blue eyes sparkling
in multiplication
alighting
the title of the scene
written in felt-tip pen:
"A Chorus of Blue-Eyed Birds"

Thank you so much! Your words are so kind I almost don't know how to respond!:rose:
In my mind, titles should add something more to art, extend its meaning and impact farther. I'm usually not very good at doing this, so when I can accomplish it it's always an amazing, sweet victory! Thank you so much for giving me your feedback and your opinion! It means so much to hear how this piece impacts you!
I also love that you're not afraid to share your own work and views, etc. I don't know, it just made me smile. (:
Thank you, again, for all your kindness and your care! I said yes to the request! Have a lovely, lovely day!

The immediate feeling I encountered upon reading your poem, was that there was great power in your words.

It felt like I was walking on a fine spring day and then 'pow'! a summer wind announced its presence, carrying the heat of the sun.

That is quite an achievement within 6 words. And beautifully composed.

I agree, I try to create titles that connect with the words themselves, so they are meant to be together. I love your title so much, because its imagery shows an origami person arranging themselves...wonderful visual

Thank you for sharing your work

Whoa...love the imagery!!! This really packs a punch regardless of the fact that it's short.

Can you stop being so amazing! Geez, this piece may be short, but it's not simple. And it's certainly powerful. I love the imagery and meaning I can gather from this.

:blushes: Oh, you! Seriously, sometimes I wonder if I produce good things, or just random head-musings, but it always makes me so, so happy when people can like it! The fact you even wanted to glean meaning from this? Thank you! That may sound odd, but I've just kind of noticed nowadays that not many people want to look deeper anymore. This piece is pretty forward in its meaning, but I really appreciated the fact you seemed to accept more than one (:
Have a lovely day, dearheart, and thanks so much for this comment! It was so lovely!!! It made me smile
