My Fanon Backstory: Born as Fennelkit to Doeskip of ThunderClan, Fennel kit found herself wondering who her father is. No cat would answer her when she asked, so Fennelkit spent a lot of her kithood wondering about her father. When Fennelpaw was named an apprentice, she was given to the warrior Deepgaze. Deepgaze, while training, told her about how Doeskip used to meet with a SkyClan warrior named Skycloud. This information makes Fennelpaw try to meet Skycloud. Fennelpaw eventually meets Skycloud, and finds out that he had taken advantage of Doeskip. Skycloud tells Fennelpaw this because he's (unfortunately) proud that he was able to take down such a formidable foe with his actions. Fennelpaw leaves, horrified by what she now knows. She eventually becomes Fenneldust, and vows to make Skycloud pay for what he did to Doeskip. Not long before a gathering, Fenneldust stumbles upon Skycloud patrolling alone. She takes advantage of this and kills him, saying that he will no longer hurt Doeskip or anyone in ThunderClan again. SkyClan eventually finds out about Fenneldust killing him, sometime after Fenneldust has retired, and raids ThunderClan camp. Fenneldust kills two SkyClan warriors brutally, saying that SkyClan shouldn't be in the forest if they are willing to harbor warriors like Skycloud, or attack elders. Skycloud's mother attacks her after this, enraged that Fenneldust killed Skycloud and two warriors, saying that it doesn't matter that Fenneldust is an elder, she still killed two warriors despite it. Fenneldust dies by Skycloud's mother fatally wounding her back.
