Painting Tutorial - Shield

Here's the steps I did to create a nice metallic shield, with details using different coloured metallic paint.

To paint on the colours I used a detail brush and mostly painted it on, rather than dry-brush, as there's so much detail colour would get all over.

The red metallic in the final step is an acryllic from a hobby shop. Some places also have the medium to mix into paints to add a metallic sheen. For metallics though, I find the pre-mixed hobby stuff looks nicer.
