Eldar Harlequin - Imperials

Rather than paint them seperate, I've done the Imperials as one.
Camo all around, then black red-lined commissar's gloves and a golden mask for the Emperor.
For the camo, I painted the base colour, shaded and highlighted, then added the camo detail ontop.
To give the gloves a shiny look, I dry brushed a few areas with a light grey, then again with black to close up the highlights.
