This is awesome 
I found it when I was looking for this dinosaur on google... I can't get over the fact that they practically have wings on their feet. I began looking up feathers on birds' feet and found that there are many pigeon breeds with huge feathers on their feet... maybe this will give you some feather variation ideas? Just though I'd share
