iPhone 4 Basic Theming Help Please

Hello everyone, I was hoping for some help. I just got my iPhone 4, and well ever since ios 4.0 came out I have stopped jailbreaking (I had an iTouch that used to be themed) and now I do not know how to do it on 4.1, I hear of a "Bundles" method. No matter what website I go to, or what guide I go to nothing actually explains what I need, how to do it and the steps to take.Any help would be highly appreciated.
