This is quite an interesting series, but now I am wondering...what if TLK was set up more like an actual lion documentary? I am watching one of my favorites ‘Lions of Crocodile River’ and watching the mother lioness and her two cubs, I could easily see that being Mufasa and Scar with their mother. Spending time with the pride while their father patrols the borders.

There would be no need for royal lessons, Kion can shut his business about eating friends because it would be more of defense of one's territory...why can't we ever enjoy a film about the simple things?

What about the scene where Kovu and Kiara were escaping the crocodiles, it seems kind of lucky they were able to get away. In my TLK story, I had Scar and Zira nearly become croc chow, but they were able to escape, at the price of another lioness.

You should do one about how their is only one or two male lions per pride. In real life, Simba and Kovu would fight to see who would be leader, and the other one would be exiled.

I kinda found a new idea for a Literal Lion King, so remember the Elephant Graveyard? If those bones were left by hyenas then in real life that isn't possible as Hyenas have been known to eat everything including the bone!

Eh, i don't know about that one. The hyenas most likely didn't eat the elephants to begin with. The elephant graveyard was inspired by a natural conspiracy where elephants go to die (of natural causes) in one specific location, and thus their bones all clutter up the area, just like in the movie. Whether it's real or not, i'm not sure. But the hyenas weren't responsible for the dead elephants, and while they can eat bones, they can't live off just eating bones :)

I actually figured something out:

You know how Timon and other TLK meerkats can walk and run on their hind feet? Well, I read that in real life, they can only stand on their hind legs; They can't walk, or run. XD
