About the dA situation (+discord)

Long story short: I've been on this website for over 15 years and it has long ago ceased to be the website I signed up for or with the T.O.S. I agreed to. I do not agree with the current developments, with the directions of N'F'T's or A*I* programs, nor do I want or permit my art to be used for them. I have NEVER agreed to the usage of my art by dA, 3rd parties or whoever, especially not for their financial gain.

So again, for the people in the back: MY ART is not authorized for inclusion in any A*I* datasets, is not to be used for N'F'T's, is not to be used in any way, shape or form without my written consent. I do not allow commercial use of my art, I do not allow for dA, 3rd parties or whoever to make profit of my art. If you see my art in A*I* datasets or as N'F'T's or sold anywhere else in any way, shape or form and by an account that is not me, it was used WITHOUT my permission and the cases should be reported. Thank you for your help.

These days, and already for the past few years, I mostly used dA as art storage, I uploaded and ran. Most of my activity happens off-site. I'm far too lazy to delete everything, even with the current developments. One doesn't just delete their art of the past 15+ years. Even though most of it is in storage.

So, how to continue? I haven't yet stopped uploading here, but I'm seriously considering it. The art that is already on here will remain here, albeit probably in storage. I'm still drawing and actively so, but dA has become an inconvenent place for ARPG groups, and since the majority of my activity happens for them I go where they go.

If you want to follow my art elsewhere, I'm currently setting up my own discord server. And since I'm fed up with the bad surprises, it's done with an "authorization" function. No being strangers lurking in the background, come in and introduce yourselves ;).
