[RANT] Okay, so I noticed that some events that are being hosted, the host is entering them, And the judging them. No offence bit that seems like cheating. Personally I think the host may only enter an event if its RNG and not judging based, well atleast that's what the unspoken rule was. Other wise it isn't fair on other participants because the host can give themselves what ever placing they want. 9 times out of 10 that's 1st. So heads up to people doing this. Don't enter your own event unless its 100% RNG

This bothers me too, so if I ever would want to enter my own show I make sure I have someone else judgeing my entry

Yeah or for the fact that you've made an awesome show that triggers your creativity. But no other reason. Winning or placing would of course be a bonus but that wouldn't be the reason. If it was, again, I'd have judges for that specific class and I would have nothing to do with judgeing it

I kinda agree with you. If the host is judging the event by themselves, entering is just scummy. But, when there's like, 3-5 judges and the formula for judging is public knowledge (Thoroughbred-Society does a brilliant job of this), then it doesn't really bother me. Makes it super hard for the host to win without justifying it.

Just my two cents on the matter. c:
