explanation: This was a very tough choice between a few participants. In the end I chose this one because of the closeness to watcher, the feel of rain dripping off the horse and rider. There is great amount of detail and the picture overall has nice layout and shading.

explanation: I enjoy the perspective, the neatness of coloring and the attention to detail. The shading and color-theme work great and make this piece pop out in my eyes.
