Nombats Terms of Service

Nombats T.O.S
***Rules may change in the future as certain situations pop up, I will update and be sure to tell members when there has been changes*****

General Rules:
-As the creator, Gelidwolf, retains full rights to the Nombat species. Please credit me for the species when posting related images or writing.
-Buy purchasing a Nombat, you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of Service.
-Nombats are a closed species, which means that the only ways to obtain one is through purchasing a MYO, adoptable, or winning one in a contest/raffle. Please do not make/create one outside of the previously stated means.
-Please credit the original designer and species designer in the description of future drawings or writings you post of your Nombat characters, or in posts related to the Nombat species.
-If you have any questions regarding Nombats feel free to note the group or post a comment on the FAQ: *coming soon*
-Nombats are for personal use only(ie they are not for commercial use).

Adoptable Rules:
-You are allowed to edit designs you buy however you cannot change the type of food they are infused with, nor can you change them very drastically.
-When editing a design do NOT edit the original art unless you have permission from the original artist. Even with the original artists permission, it is recommended and preferred that you redraw the edited design yourself.  
-When making changes to your Nombat please run the changes by me first, note me or the group with your changes and I will accept or deny it based on if you followed the edit rules(this might change as popularity grows)
-You are allowed to resell adoptables that you no longer desire, but for no more than you bought it for(for example, if you bought it for $20 you cannot sell it for more than $20). The price cannot be raised even if you have additional art of the character(I say this because it would not be okay to sell someone else's artwork). If you obtained the character for free or via trade you can not sell it.
-You may also trade or gift unwanted designs
-When reselling, trading, or gifting designs, please update the ownership on the masterlist
-After buying a design you are allowed to give it a gender, personality, friendships, relationships, etc.


MYO Rules:
-MYOs must be approved by me before they are officially placed in the masterlist: nombats.deviantart.com/journal…
-To get MYOs approved simply submit your design to the MYO gallery folder, if it is accepted into the folder than it is fine, if I reject it from the folder I'll be sure to note you what changes need to be made for it to be accepted.
-You are allowed to sell, trade, or gift completed MYO Designs or MYO slots but for no more than you bought/obtained them(in other words, you cannot sell a MYO slot if you obtained it for free)
-When selling, trading, or gifting your Nombat please update the ownership on the masterlist.
