Solitary Mansion

This piece is a digital mutation of an old traditional canvas, evolved to capture a heavy, cinematic atmosphere. Moving away from standard brushwork, I used unconventional scraping tools to distress the dark layers, creating a vertical grain that mimics a heavy downpour viewed through a weathered window. I contrasted this with a thick, physical impasto technique to carve out the tree's foliage. To evoke a quiet tension, I chose a muted palette....filtering a deep, stormy teal base with a pale, sepia light.

UPDATE : A conscious evolution, a shedding of old skin to manifest a completely new perspective.
