Anachronism

This is my first go at doing a Vlc skin, but it was needed to go along with my full vision of a complete steampunk os. Now all that is left to complete is the actual visual style and maybe a few odd programs i run day to day.

Installation:
1. Extract the .vlt file to ...VideoLAN/VLC/skins ~ overwrite if needed
2. Delete previous versions of the skin
3. Start VLC => Preferences => Check to custom skin
4. Restart VLC (by closing and starting it again)
- if you already use a custom skin restart VLC as well
