Hi there & all the best for 2018 to this wonderful community!
I put a lot of time and effort into Episode 1 of my personal animation project "Lost Future". There were times when I just wanted to give up and end it all. On one hand I had much less free time for the project than I anticipated. On the other hand I ran into quite a few problems. E.g. the actors who once were willing to lend their voices to some of my characters suddenly quit. So I had to "replace" them by a text to speech engine (in my opinion probably the most sophisticated one at present). In the end I don't regret it as I'm totally independent now.
Another problem was finding a decent lip sync workflow for DAZ characters, etc.,etc.,etc.
So what stopped me in the end from giving up? It was and is this great community and all the nice and encouraging feedback from this community!
If things go well - premiere of Episode1 could be a matter of weeks. I'll keep you informed on the progress - stay tuned!
