The Fog
In the small town of Lincott, fog crept between the houses like spectral fingers. Clara, a young woman who had just moved in, heard rumors about the "Crow House," an abandoned mansion on the outskirts. According to neighbors, no one who entered ever came out the same.
One night, driven by curiosity and a challenge from her new friends, Clara decided to investigate the house. As she entered, a chill ran down her spine; the air smelled damp and rotten. The walls were covered with paintings whose eyes followed her in the gloom. In the center of the living room, an old, blackened mirror reflected her, but with something strange: her reflection smiled, while she did not.
Suddenly, a black crow crashed into the mirror, cracking it. Clara recoiled, terrified, as her reflection began to move on its own. Her other self, now with a twisted smile, raised a hand and pointed at her. An inhuman whisper filled the room: “You were the last one.”
