Oh dear God, finally! I'm DONE with this pic! And I mean done!
Now I know why not too many people draw big group pics, they take forever!!!
Anyways fellow deviants, this is the finished product of that little
WIP I posted back in December. OK so it's not 100% perfect, but
this pic's purpose was to see if I could draw the Suzaku Seven
before they start appearing in the respective chapters in the
"Ibun" manga. Did I do a good job on them?
God, it's hard drawing men all shoujo like. I'm more of a shonen person so
this was a pretty big challenge. I think the best ones were
Hotohori, Nuriko and Mitsukake in this pic. I'm very satisfied with them!
Tasuki looks a bit... Off.. but then again, I've seen coutless pics of Tasuki
done by fans in their different styles... In my case I think he looks like a mix from
the anime and the game. Just gotta practice a bit more with him and then I'll
get him right! Tasuki fan girls, please don't kill me if I
didn't get him right... It's my first Tasuki!
Something weird's uo with Tamahome, I'm almost positive. But I
can't point it out. A little help anyone?
BTW I got the idea for this pic after viewing a pic of Takiko
and the Genbu warriors, but in my case I failed horribly! I had to fit
four people on one side and three on another so the proportion's
are freaking off, but like I said, this pic's purpose was to see
if I could draw all of the Suzaku Warriors, plus Madoka and I
think they all look pretty decent in my style.
I'll probably redo this pic in the future, but WAAAAY into the future
when I'm sick and tired of everything because this pic was A LOT
of hard work!
I'll also do a more serious group pic when I recover from the ache
in my hand after the work this baby gave me! XD

This is quite a pretty work, dear Miss Nishune! The time and effort you spent was well worth it! 
All of those colours and that background! I adore the feather details!
To reply to your artist comments, I believe His Highness, Nuriko and Mitsukake look the best as well! Hmm, as for what might be “odd” about Tamahome, perhaps it is the angle of his eyes? Other than that, I am not entirely certain. He looks fine for the most part to me.

You have done well with the shape of his face and the colours, his eyes with that beautiful golden shade I cherish. 
Though you have your concerns on the balance of the picture with three on one side of Madoka and four on the other, to me it does not look amiss at all. Perhaps it is something about the manner in which you have positioned everyone that makes it look balanced properly.
Once more my dear, nicely done! Especially given that there are many individuals in one picture! I will be glad to see the future works you shall compose!
