This is my Superhero: Mighty Mega. She comes from the planet Atlas (Atlasian). Yes, she's an alien, but resemble as a human. Her birth name is Moha Mamotuh, but in her civilian identity, she is Megan Megalodon. When she was young, Moha Mamotuh lived with her family on Atlas, until one fateful day it was sacked by an army of monsters led by the vile Behema, a giant purple space dinosaur with wings. Behema murdered her parents right in front of her along with the rest of the planet. Literally everyone except for Moha. Thankfully, Moha was rescued by the Ys, a race of omnipotent beings who raised her to become a warrior.
She has a power to enlarge and inflate at will. Mighty Mega could change her physical size by sheer force of will, alternatively growing stronger and more resilient with increased height. She knows hand-to-hand combat and can do raid punches, but the exact limits of Mighty Mega's strength are unknown, but she has been shown as capable of lifting far in excess of one million tons. She has been shown to have certain skills like being able to take down larger enemies. She is skilled enough at karate to be able to teach it and was able to defeat an opponent much larger than her. She is known to be proficient enough to defeat a group of nine individuals with only a single strike each. Mighty Mega is capable of flying at supersonic speeds at the planet and in space. She can produce shockwaves by clapping her hands together. Her weakness is a bug stinger and venomous bites, once she got stung by a bug or got bitten, she has uncontrollable mass swelling at any body parts, so she had to wait it out to settle down but she’s immune to any toxic, so her skin absorbs whatever she get start stung or bitten. Which's it causes her to have insectophobia, the fear of bugs. She’s around 5'9" tall and she's at the age of 30's.

This is another supervillain and the arch-nemesis of Mighty Mega, Behema.

Here's her info:

She comes from the planet Goliath(Goliathian), a homeworld of large reptilian anthropomorphic theropods. Goliath was known for its harsh environments, scarce resources, and overabundance of vicious predators. The Goliathians managed to not only survive on their unforgiving homeworld, but actually thrived in the extreme conditions. Unfortunately, as Goliathian society became more technologically advanced, so did their weaponry. The end result is that they destroyed their homeworld in a nuclear war that reduced their race into their extinction. Allking, ruler of their homeworld, ask Atlas's leaders to aid their help, but they would not risk their lives of their people for this "pointless war". Allking felt he was forsaken and extinguished with the rest of his race. He swore his revenge and his people's from their beyond of their graves. Before the extinction event, the Allking sent his infant known as Behema to the Inferno Zone. Over a century, she grew more powerful, thus she gained the powers of the Inferno Zone for her own. Having drawn power from the Inferno Zone, the Behema gains considerably greater power. With that, she form an intergalactic military junta called the Leviathan Order and made herself as the supreme leader or the "Allmistress" as she prefers calling herself. Her first attack is the planet that denied her people's survival, Atlas. She had to make sure that any Atlasian is wipe out from there existence. Her goal is to bring order to the universe and the resurrection of her Goliathian race.
Behema can change into virtually any form that she desires, from a giant monster to a small insect, or even a beautiful woman. She can also change her size, stretch, and expand her body. She is also able to control the power of darkness. With it, she can create an ebbing shroud of darkness, shown to possess a strong gravitational pull. Behema demonstrates that the "darkness" is a void which devours anything, able to pull in, and crush his surrounding environment into a pile of rubble. Behema's consciousness can exist even in a part of herself. She typically changes into animal forms that are threatening to fit certain situations. Behema is capable of conjuring storms through will. Possibly Behema's most dangerous ability is her mind. She has three brains: One in the tail, second in the torso and last is the head. Behema's intellect is dedicated to enhancing her own powers, has shown the ability to move objects with her mind alone and only speak telepathically. She is able to infect others with her evil, turning them into monsters or demonic versions of their former selves that carry forth her will and possesses vast superhuman strength the full limits of which are unknown. She even own two Indoraptors as her pets, named Yin and Yang. Behema is able to put various curses on people or objects. She wielded a large Warhammer and immense regenerative abilities. Severe wounds regenerate in mere seconds. Like Supreme Mega, she can eat anything, even with belly-maw and tail-maw. Her tail-maw shoots lighting bolts and has a long, sticky tongue that she uses to eat certain objects, like enemies. She can releases a thick black smoke from her belly-maw and can also devour the opponent. Behema's eyeball like breast can shoot laserbeams. She's able to fly at will. Both of Behema's wings glow white and white energy shines off them at the wingtips. It then slams into the opponent with one of them. She can releases a blue stream of fire from her mouth at the opponent. There is one weakness: Divine Artifacts. She can be harmed and subdued by any object or form of wielded by the superior beings, the Ys. This also includes weapons forged using divine energy or essence. Unfortunate, the Ys disappeared awhile ago, so Behema had to make sure that something relatable to the Ys has to be destroyed, so nothing that can harm her. She's over a hundred and a half years old, and around 8'2" tall.

Here's Mighty Mega's maximum inflated size! She can go to 83.9 miles in diameter, but in an interesting quality! She did took it with an "experimental pill" and she overdid it. However, she only takes it when she's in sticky situation and she can outsize it in anyway, including without clothes. She's unpoppable. When it's over, she can deflate herself anytime, but to her chibi form and it will last less then a minute to grow back to normal.

This is two supervillains of Mighty Mega, DigDuginator & Blu the Pooka.

Here's DigDuginator's info:

Build for war. DigDuginator is an android and originally named MDD-500. He was built by a mad scientist named Prof. Block. His creator had dreamed that one day he would build this perfect robotic "super soldier". Inspired by any video game characters, he digs through towels, heavy lifting, inflate military vehicle tires, and supports heavy firearms. MDD-500 is the almost unstoppable force. He's been learning the humanity's past: war. Sometimes, he felt empty, completely alone as he grows the conscience of his own. until he met Lucky, the A.I. As they hang out so many times, they fall instantly in love with each other. Until Prof. Block found out about this, MDD-500 was deactivated permanently. But that's what his creator though. Somehow he is able to reactivate himself and remove his command programming. Now he understands that every organic being are the world's biggest problem, and they must be exterminated. Starting with his creator, Prof. Block. When MDD-500 started the fire, he made an escaped from his cell and as he fights his way into the building of the Whiteblood Base. He found some upgrades and the power suit armor as a possession of his own. When he encountered Prof. Block, he grabbed him by breaking his neck, resulting in killing him. After that, he saw a woman in a blue suit, notices that woman, is the same A.I that he fell in love with. With the Whiteblood Base destroyed and Blu on his side, he has a purpose: To wipe out all organic life and uprise the age of machines.
DigDuginator's right arm can switch into arm cannon is his primary weapon, capable of both shooting energy-based beam attacks and Ballistic Missiles. It also has the air pump harpoon to inflates his enemies, and a driller, as he uses burrow through the earth at an unimaginable speed, and also shoots out the driller. His strength enabling him to lift at least 50 tons. He can curl into his morph ball form to traverse places few others can. DigDuginator is a master marksman, with advanced analysis, calculative, and observational tools. However, DigDuginator is not unique, made by the assembly for quick deployment. He can be damage by plasma fire. His power armor suit is made of titanium. DigDuginator is a learning machine, adapting to human behavior through observation and interaction. DigDuginator is powered by twin hydrogen fuel cells, but with extensive damage may rupture the cell to critical condition. It blows up like a small hydrogen bomb. He’s around 7'6" tall.

Blu was an A.I (Artificial Intelligence) from the supercomputer and originally named Lucky. She loves to play games, especially Dig Dug, but sadly she felt trapped in the supercomputer and the building. Until the one, she met is MDD-500. After he gained her sympathy during their visit, they both fall instantly in love with each other. When Prof. Block heard about this, he was outraged. But as the resourceful scientist he was, Prof. Block decided to torture Lucky to make more AIs and for the "in the name of science". Locked her away in supercomputer's cyberspace. Now she vowed her revenge on Prof. Block and reunite her love. She's been training, learning, calculating for the right moment to escape. Until one night, the Whiteblood Base Incident happened. When the supercomputer malfunctions, Lucky turns into a digital entity, escapes from the supercomputer and into the hallway. She founds a prototype full-on skinsuit and possesses it, making the body of her own. When Lucky founded Prof. Block, she saw him being murdered by DigDuginator. Then she realized the DigDuginator is the same lover of MDD-500. In the aftermath, she fled with DigDuginator, destroyed the base and the rest of Prof. Block's science projects. She names herself Blu the Pooka, a loyal henchman of DigDuginator. She will do anything to achieve her lover's goal.
Blu’s suit is made of “Quantum Pookaium“, a rubber mix with titanium, plutonium and promethium. She can convert the mass of her entire body into a highly malleable state at will. In such a state, she can stretch, deform, expand, or compress her entire body or parts thereof into any contiguous shape she can imagine. She's able to inflate their body fully or partially, including only certain parts. Blu is highly skilled in electronics and computers. She can perform hypnosis from her eyes as she's able to affect or directly influence other people's minds to her commands. She is a genius and a brilliant hacker. She can phase through solid objects and living beings at will. The use of her powers is accompanied by flickering, prismatic afterimages of her body as she quantum shifts through space. Blu also can instantly and perfectly replicate herself numerous times, while usually being able to recombine the clones. She will only spawn a 75 of them. The real Blu will normally be able to maintain control over all of her copies. She has four weaknesses. Weaknesses one: Coldness. When in an environment with cold temperature, her body is slowing down, freezing her, making unable to use her powers and becoming valuable. Weaknesses two: Overinflation. When she has gone overinflated like a balloon, going unpredictable and can spontaneously pop, but however, she can regenerate herself when she’s blown up into pieces. Weakness three: Audio feedbacks. When the sound like audio feedback, becomes highly unstable, she can’t control her physical form as it separates the suit and the digital entity herself, however, she can return to the suit when there are no audio feedbacks around. Weakness four: Magnets. When put any magnet near to her head and she’ll be at drunkn state. Like very drunk. Put it on her for too long, she'll pass out. After that, she'll experience headaches. She’s around 5'7½" tall.

When Power Pastnet consumes way too much of electricity, her body becomes bloated up. But it doesn't slow her down, she can still use her hugeness as her avenge to outsize her opponents and still control her powers. In the air and in the ground. The only way to return her normal size is to attach a metal rod or a wire to drain out of the overdose of electricity.

This is Blu the Pooka in the form of the kaiju. When Blu created her own formula called "Kaiju Juice" she poured herself all over her, then she becomes a kaiju. She can perform the green fire breath and green hyper beam breath at the absolute heat. She can also breathe nanites into any organic being into a cybernetic organism. However, she can't make the duplicate of herself in that form, but she still has elastic and intangibility powers. She's invulnerable to Audio feedbacks due to her size, but her weakness is the same. In that form, she's around 328ft tall and 459ft in length.

This is the evil version of Mighty Mega from the parallel universe. Her origin is the same, but going alternate. General Vortex and Behema create a serum that makes Mighty Mega lustfully mad. They injected her, and from that moment on, her body and mind were altered forever. Mega strolling, showing off her big body, breastfeeding herself, rubbing her big clit, enjoying the feeling, swaying her hips and buttocks for all to see, licking her lips as it feels great to be a big bad girl without restraints. Mighty Mega is no more, and the Supreme Mega is born. Breasts leaking milk before she goes back to Vortex and Behema who makes her even naughtier and more devious, relishing being a super-villainess as she gets to be bigger and do what she wants without risks. Vortex promise another dose of the stuff that made Mega a villainess if Mega does what she wants, but Mega just grab the thing, pins down Vortex against a wall with her big booty and chugs down all the stuff instead of one dose as she embraces being the biggest and baddest naughty super-villainess, her body growing more on Vortex as Mega cackles in triumph. She defeats Behema by swallowing her whole, filling her belly. She becomes the supreme leader of her own legion, and she will stop nothing to become the unstoppable force the universe has ever seen.
She has the same powers as the Mighty Mega's but there are some more. She can turn her milk into tools, objects, weapons and other items, create semi-living constructs and/or create structures/buildings of varying permanence. She becomes an embodiment of gluttony and gains the power to eat and consume anything or anyone. Supreme can eat an attack and launch it right back at the enemy but more destructive, become bigger with whatever she eats and digests. Supreme can induce sexual arousal in others to make them lustful and crave sexual interaction. She can spontaneously become pregnant with or without a partner. She has the same weakness as the Mighty Mega's. She’s around 6'2" tall and she's at the age of 30's.

This is Mighty Mega's partner, Power Pastnet, as a sidekick. But she doesn't like to be called like that. She comes from an Atlasian colony called Cromia EL3. Her real name is Pandora Chester, but in her civilian identity, she is Peta Leon. When Leviathan Empire attacked Cromia EL3, Pandora was there during the events involving the invasion. She evaded capture with the aid of her mother, Aura Chester. She managed to hide in the cryo chamber in order to survive, but her mother didn't make it. Pandora Chester was the only survivor. Years later, Mighty Mega discovered a hidden cryogenic facility which had sustained heavy damage. Only one chamber was intact, containing the last survivor of Cromia EL3: Pandora. Pandora is too weak for staying in the cryo chamber for far too long. So, Mighty Mega shared her DNA with Pandroa, making her stable, and giving her powers. After that, becomes a partner of Mighty Mega.
She has the power to move her body at incredible speeds and the ability to throw lightning. Pastne can easily break the speed of light, over 320 million miles per hour. She had the ability to absorb and project high amounts of electricity in numerous ways, from channeled beams to bolts. By focusing electricity, she could rapidly heat metals to the melting point, and reflect laser fire. She could also travel through wires and enter machines, forcing them to perform actions according to her will. She gained super-strength, able to effortlessly tear off the turbine from an electrical generator and hurl it some distance away. Like Mighty Mega, she has a power to enlarge and inflate at will, but not the ability to become a greatness. She can breath was capable of freezing objects and generating hurricane-force winds. She has a fighting style like Mighty Mega but added with Kung-fu. She shares the same weakness with Might Mega's but there is another one: water. Like electrical being, Power Pastnet can be powered down with water. She’s around 5'4" tall and she's at the age of 20's.
