Vision Originality Technique ImpactExtraordinarily done!
This piece looks like it's the ready to be used art concept for a Disney movie set in this fitting time period, it makes me wish it were happening. (Seriously why has Disney never done that?)
Regardless the colors you have set here are phenomenal in their simplicity. The red light shining on the girl is streaming from the ceiling indicating typical differing red and blue lights of a jazz dive, but it shows how SHE is the something special , the something new, the something to be noticed, not to say that the dapper chap should be over looked either. He's in the same color tone as the room, meaning he if anything is the usual here, or from this world, but is the classiest thing in it.
The motion you convey with their body posture's is so fluid i can almost see them moving, and you can see the energy they're putting into it even though their faces aren't terribly over-animated or excited, they're just living in the moment and basking in it.
All in all, this piece is gorgeous.
