No Time Sweeper has ever seen a Tom Tom's real eyes.

Tom Toms wore round vintage sunglasses and like the Time Sweeper's googles, varied in colour from red to purple. It strangely suited the bandits well if you went looking at it from a fashion perspective.

Time Sweepers wore goggles for the purpose of underwater missions and protection. They aren't used often since cats have excellent vision but were useful when needed. The purpose of a Tom Tom's glasses however, were unknown.

What did they have to hide? It's not like they were disguised in any way or the sun was too bright. Most likely they protected their eyes, but the glasses themselves were unsuitable in combat which puzzled the Time Sweepers even more.

There were many speculations in the Time Factory but no cat had the guts to ask around or find the answer themselves. There was something scary about the unfamiliar and nobody dared tried since there was no real intention besides satisfying curiosity.

The Guard Sweepers, who had many possibilities of finding out, never attempted. One claimed that no reason had ever arose to remove them when information can be easily obtained through bribery and food.

It is always said that the eyes were the window to the soul. What would you see? Their hunger and greed? Their desire to create chaos in every world they went? Or is it something more frightening?
