Miss PNG by ~ninique This DD was brought to you as a part of Project Educate. This is a wonderful example of a first round pageant entry; first rounds tend to include a portrait and a full body doll. The hair and faces on these dolls match wonderfully, the textures on the clothing are great, and the composition is nice and balanced.

PNG = Papua New Guinea, for the Miss Doll International pageant [link]
This entry was. . . much of a challenge. It's not easy to put a winter coat on a doll and make her still look exotic. It's also not easy to do google research on a country that's often abbreviated as "PNG" without getting a bunch of unrelated pictures.
Also I'm still experimenting with my toolshading-that-almost-looks-like-pixelshading technique. This one is a bit more obviously toolshaded than my previous doll, especially in the legs.
Her hair is supposed to be blonde-ish, sort of like this: [link] Apparently it's quite common there to have that hair colour. It was quite hard to get right though, and I wouldn't have been able to do it if I weren't toolshading
Oh and bases are by Blood-Cocoa [link]
EDIT: I fixed the text a bit. . .I hadn't realized originally that you needed to put the year in it.
