She finally asked me why you left.. I was embarrassed to answer her;  I didn't know myself. So I simply said that "the streets change people." My head dropped as those words came out my mouth, but I had finally accepted it. I lost another person I truly cared about. It hurts knowing that you aren't the person I was in love with from back then. Neither are you the person I thought you were.. I guess it hurt so much because of how much I trusted you, thinking it would be different. For once I could be happy with someone I felt I deserved.. Seems that again someone else knew my future better than I.. I wish you well with your future, stay up..
