front row feast

while snorkeling, the tide shifted and colder water started to stream into the current
slowly yet suddenly, as water is known to move, I became surrounded by the drifting
body parts of countless jellyfish that had disintegrated in the deep now floating freely
every which way, creating a feeding opportunity my fish friends would be fools to miss

{it feels indescribable to be alone in nature and witness something so spectacularly mundane, a visual feast all my own}
